【NEWS】オーストラリアのフェスSoundwave 2016が開催中止、All Time Low、Fall Out Boy等今年の多数出演者へのギャラが未払いであることが明らかに

来年2月に開催される予定だったオーストラリアのフェスSoundwave 2016が開催中止になることが明らかになりました。Soundwaveのプロモーター AJ Maddahが「チケットセールスが良くないことが理由」とTwitterで語っており、2017年の開催もないようです。チケットはすべて払い戻しとなります。

またMusic Feedsによると、Soundwaveは今年出演した50バンド以上、All Time Low($141k)、New Found Glory($43k)、Fall Out Boy($394k)などに対してギャラを支払えていない状況であるとのこと。その他アーティストを含む主な未払いリストは以下。※表記はオーストラリアドル

Soundwave出演バンドは開催時期周辺で来日ツアーを行うことも多かったことから、今後来日ツアーへの影響が出てくる可能性もあるかもしれません。
